I am Wanda Boyd, founder of Fiery RED Vision, LLC. We are a small boutique

consulting firm that assists individuals, companies, and businesses with understanding

race and culture. Our primary goal is to help provide a clear view of what's impacting

your organization, institution, or boardroom the most regarding race and culture. We

utilize assessments to analyze and target where you can improve.

In the ever-evolving political and social landscape, many of us hardly recognize the

community or places we once called home. While helpful on a surface level, traditional

DEI table talk has continued to leave businesses and institutions struggling to meet the

demands and needs surrounding diversity and inclusion in a divided world.

At Fiery RED Vision (FRV), our mission is clear. We believe it's one thing to have a
